Maes gave a sigh of relief. "Great. We can group up and try to figure out what the heck is going on here," he said. Not for the first time, his mind drifted to his wife and daughter, Gracia and Elicia respectively. If he had a chance in Hell of getting back to them, he'd take it in a heartbeat.
Will easily noticed Maes's apparent relief, and understood it perfectly. He approached Maes cautiously. "Sorry for earlier. You can never really be too careful with strangers," Will apologised through gritted teeth. All he wanted to to do was get home. He gave Maes a sideways glance. "You getting back to someone?"
Papillon braced for a fight, but Mayura was much more sensible. She took careful steps as she approached the group, staying mostly out of sight for with meantime. She turned around and was relieved to see that her sister was following her.
"Hogwarts, a school of witchcraft and wizardry. We learn magic there." She looked around the beach and found a large shell. She picked it up and brought it over "for example. wingardium leviosa!" she said and did the infamous swish and flick. The shell lifted up.
"Nice but can you do this?" Asked percy as he manipulated the water to surround them in thin rings.
"That's amazing! What spell are you using?" She asked. Whole she was talking with Percy, the Baudelaire siblings were trying to find a way off this odd place.

Maes was a little caught off guard by Will's apology, but he accepted it anyway. Bearing grudges wouldn't get anyone anywhere, and if he had to choose between being angry and…well, not being angry, he'd choose the latter. "Yeah, you've got a point. But maybe don't just put your blade in their neck the second you see them," he replied, then grinned at his question, reaching into his pocket to pull out his pictures. "My wife, Gracia, and my daughter, Elicia. Aren't they amazing? Elicia's three and she's just the cutest thing~!" He barely even noticed Papillon and Mayura approach.

Thor leaned over curiously to look at the pictures Maes had whipped out. "Your tiny one is quite adorable. She will be a mighty warrioress when she comes of age." Thor smiled, he loved tiny humans, especially children.
Papillon walked up boldly to the group of men. “Hey. How do we get out of here?”
"Impossible, Posideon is a mythical 'god'." She said, doing Air quotes around God
"Uhh…. not in my world…" and honestly the gosh are a bunch of (cue the nastiest insults possible)" said percy "but as much as they are a bunch of (cue more insulting terms) they do have their merits" he said a little sarcastically…
"As much as I dont appreciate your use of such vulgar language, I do agree that even where I come from, while many people are bloody fools, they can be sweet." Hermione said.
Klaus looked over at them and pushed his glasses back "while I do appreciate the chit chat and getting to know one another, we should move off the beach and find out where exactly we are.

Personality: Upon first meeting someone new, Pearl comes off as either extremely shy or really uptight. In spite of everything that’s happened, and probably a product of certain people’s desire to keep her as sheltered as possible. The youngest Fey is extremely sweet and kind. Loyalty is one of her best characteristics. She’d do anything for Mr. Nick and Mystic Maya especially if it means keeping them together. She’s very brave when it comes to protecting people, and isn’t intimidated easily. She dislikes people who are mean to those she cares about. All-in-all, Pearl is still a young girl and she does get upset at times; she’s known to cry and run away if things really get to her. But, being a loving girl, she tries very hard to please the important people in her life. Pearl's ability to be cheerful and cute can probably be considered her greatest. She's a sweetheart no matter what and can't help but try her best to please those around her. Years of living to please her mother had made her willing to do a lot to make people happy.
Backstory: She was raised by her mother not to speak to 'suspicious people' (i.e. people who don't wear Kurain robes), but Phoenix has taken most of that fear from her. However, because of this, she has very little knowledge of the world outside Kurain and every little thing is a new experience for her. She doesn't understand most things and if she doesn't, she'll ask. Normally this will result in her being even more confused than before, and she'll settle for a 'later' explanation at this point.
