Noice.
Noice.
So… who's here?
me!
Hi. So, ideas for a general…. like plot arc I guess, because enough weird stuff happens in an hour in Night Vale that it's better to have a story structure than like, concrete plot. And also, characters? I guess? Idk. I'm bad at planning as you can see.
Hiya
Hi.
Dumb question: will we be making ocs or will we play cannon characters?
What would you prefer? I honestly think we could even do both of you like.
I personally prefer ocs because I project to much to write for cannon characters, but I could probably swing some cannon characters if needed
Neat!
I can't really write cannon characters, so I prefer ocs
Okay. Makes sense.
boops the chat with a q-tip
owo?
Hey. Wat up?
Not much. You?
Okay. So, rp ideas?
Maybe we have interns or people who came with Carlos's crew and we start from the beginning?
Maybe less from the beginning, possibly from the Cal story arc, or the one where they effectively put science and religion in a colosseum and made them fight a giant centipede that was eating the town.
ufvehbsdzja, I don't know that one.
Dang it. The second one was from the novels anyways and the Cal arc is… weird.
So yeah, probably not.
I came up with a plot idea, guys!
Ooh?
So I was thinking, we never really got enough clarity about the glowing arrows and shapes in the sky. We got better understanding of Huntokar, sure, and the alternate realities, but I just wanna expand upon this story if that makes sense? And how it impacts the citizens and their lives, especially since the Glow Cloud is related to Huntokar. So, maybe a couple of Carlos's scientist team, station interns, members of the PTA, (hell, whatever background you want!) begin to see the shapes and arrows in the sky. They don't know what they mean, but there's one man who does. Unfortunately, the only man who can help has been dismissed as a lunatic and, to some, a traitor, so it would be foolish and dangerous to talk to him unless you wanted…. reeducation. But he might be Night Vale's only hope.
Dangerous things are coming for the town, things beyond your mortal understanding. And something is rewriting the universe as we speak, and only our characters remain unchanged. So, pretty normal day, I'd say.
