Quirk: According to my girlfriend, a lot like Todoroki's, so basically another half-hot, half-cold quirk.
Appearance: Shoku's hair looks a lot like Todoroki's, but there is a green streak in the middle. He has Deku's green peepers freckles, and he's on shorter side, being about 5'3". (Yeah, don't ask me for OC descriptions)
Personality: Shoku is very energetic and passionate about things he cares about, much like Deku. However, he tends to keep to himself, not really being one for socialization. He is incredibly caring when it comes to his friends, and he loves them a lot.
Strengths: Use of his quirk, determination
Weaknesses: Tendency to be protective of his friends, a slight lack of social skills.
