Fandom they're from: Sonic the Hedgehog
Other: the story he's part is a fanfic I'm outlining and writing 150 years after the game Sonic Adventure 2. So it is almost a new setting. I follow only the game continuity, so people who knows Sonic TH from other continuities (barfs) can get confused. Anything, just ask me.

Okay, we can begin! I'll post a starter, and people can post whenever they want after that.
Juno Steel awoke to find himself slumped against the cool metal walls of… something. He could hear breathing, slowly, in the dark. He crept to the side, not quite able to stand up yet from the wooziness, gun set to stun.
There was a faint glow in the middle of the room. He moved towards it.
"Juno Steel," it spoke, "You have been chosen for the Collection." the tinny robotic voice echoed around the room. "You have been chosen for the Collection," it repeated.
"Thunder, you have been chosen for the Collection. You have been chosen for…" it kept listing names Juno didn't know, and probably would never learn. Until…
"Rex Glass- Incorrect. Duke Rose- Incorrect. Monsieur Dauphin- Incorrect. Perseus Shah- Incorrect. Christopher Morales- Incorrect. Peter- Peter- Peter- Peter-" it repeated, on and on, echoing quietly through the room until it settled on "Peter Ransom. You have been chosen for the Collection. You have been-" Juno didn't hesitate to punch the thing, shattering it.
"The Collection, huh? That's weird." he mumbled, looking around the total darkness.
Kaori awoke with a start at the sound of a robotic voice saying her name, and the odd calmness that seemed to envelop her and the room was suddenly broken at the noise of glass shattering. She didn't want to break the silence that followed, but felt like she had to, for she didn't know where she was.
Let's recap here, Kao- what's the last thing you remember? she asked herself, wracking her brain for a memory, any memory would do at this point. Oh, yes! It was… in the Totsuhara University Hospital. Oh… right, and that reminded her of her own impending death. Finally choosing to speak, Kaori broke the silence. "Hey… where are we?"
Emma was never a deep sleeper. She had awoken the second she heard faint breathing. Instinctively, she whispered, "Ray? Norman? Is… is anyone here?"
Though, her voice was too soft for anyone to have heard, let alone wake anyone up. Emma felt around for either of her friends, her eyes widening when she realised neither of them were here, and she was all alone in this place. No one she knew. Am I back at the farm? she asked herself. God, she hoped not. She couldn't bear to have to escape again, fearing for her life every second.
Azami's eyes slowly opened as the woman realized she was lying on cold metal, not next to her brother in the crow's nest. She got to her feet, blinking groggily before she realized a voice was saying her name. "Hello? Who's there?"
Azami patted her pockets, sighing with relief as she felt her journal on the pocket inside her jacket. She pulled it out, and flipped through the pages, smiling softly as she looked at the photos of her brothers and crew. Azami put the journal away and looked around the room. The voice kept listing names, names she'd never heard before, and she charged towards the glow in the middle of the room, driving her knife into it.
"What even is this place?"
"Captain?" Jax's eyes shot open, darting around the room. "Captain?" the girl repeated. "Bepo? Penguin? Shachi? Where are you guys?" Jax whimpered as she sat against the wall. "I'm gonna- I'm gonna wait for you, Captain." Doing her best to adjust her mask in the dark, her eyes settled on the machine in the middle of the room. Jax inched closer to it, peering into the dim light.
"Please- please come back."
(Azami's just vibin' and poor lil Jax misses her captain)

Juno whipped his head around to face the small voice. Please come back, they were probably talking about the light he just smashed. Whoops. "Hey, where are you? And who are you?" he called out, voice wavering a little. He had always been a little scared of the dark since his brother had died.
Peter… Ransom, for that was how he called himself now, stood up in the black. "Juno, love, are you there? Juno?" he asked, getting up and starting to run through the dark, risks be damned. He didn't know where he was or what was going on and he was panicking, for the first time since the Globe, since the first time someone else had learned his name, he was panicking. "Is anyone there?" he asked weakly.
(I was thinking they'd all be spread out for now and eventually located each other just by virtue of bumping into each other. People can interact with whoever they want that's just my ideas.)

(Dang it. Ya snooze Ya loose. Ill stalk, I guess!)
(They wrote this much while I was sleeping and I never had time. School, freaking snapping after about five months of not seeing my friends, two days of school, and then not seeing them again, and now, more school. I'll have to read it all later)
Thunder slowly opened his eyes. The darkness was confusing.
"… The house's reactor broke? But shouldn't be that dark. And I never heard about reactors breaking …" Thinking about what could have happened, he continued lying in the floor. "… Cold. Why? I slept in the floor when I was playing? No, shouldn't be that cold, nor the floor is made of metal…". As he heard his name, he rapidly got up, looking at every side, even more confused at what was happening.
Then he heard the glass shattering sound.
Following the sound, in the direction of the faint glow that disappeared, slowing walking and thinking about the names he heard, names he never heard before, and the so called "collection".
"Okay, guys. If it is some kind of joke, it's not funny at all. Sapphire, is that you? I can hear your breathing. Turn on the reactor, please. You can't fool me." Thunder stopped, waiting a response.
(hey guys, if my writing is bad or is wrong, please, TELL ME! English is not my native language, and I have some difficulties, being self taught and all)

(Your English is better than mine, dude. You’re cool!)
(Hey, so I've been busy with school. I read the starter and was confused as heck, too. Um, what is going on? Sorry to bother. Also, Sun-mi has a character page up now!)

(Currently they’re stuck in a dark room. They’ve been pulled from their worlds into another dimension.)
(Ah, thanks! I've been busy with school! {Still am, as it's online now, but I'm working in advance. I'll reply in a bit. In the meantime, here's more detail on Sun-mi:
Still on edge, her eyes narrowed, Emma perked up at more talk. "Sapphire who?" she asked. Just exactly how many people were in this room? They couldn't be back at the farm, could they? The male who had just spoken didn't sound 12 or under, but was it possible that they'd upped the age? God, she had to get them all out of here. They probably knew nothing…
Sun-mi woke up to find herself in a darkened room. Having night vision thanks to her quirk, she could still see and look for others, and a way out. She now had a goal, and that was to find anyone else and get them out. She knew that she could guide them out. First, however, she looked around for her brother, or anyone else that she had been with while fighting that one villain, which was the last thing she could remember before blacking out and waking up here. She couldn't find any of them nearby, and she realized that she must be alone. She couldn't hear any of them calling out to her, nor could she see any of them. The area was, for the most part, quiet and empty.
She decided that she'd explore a bit, and maybe find someone. She wasn't sure what was really going on, but she was acting on instinct. She was both curious and determined to find others. She didn't think that there was a villain nearby, but she always kept the possibility of that in mind, prepared to come up with a strategy as needed. Remembering about the villain's quirk, she knew that maybe he wasn't nearby, but the reason why she was here. She thought about that as she walked around, then snapping out of her thoughts upon hearing her name and others being said. She hadn't paid much attention until then, trying to figure her surroundings out. She also saw a faint glow, a source of light in this otherwise dark room, and she walked towards that, curious about what it was, and if the names had importance. Were all of the people named here? Why were they here? What caused them to be sent? She thought about that as she continued walking.
