One of my races has headaches during puberty. Yes. You heard that correctly. Instead of… bloody bloods and throat changes, they have headaches. This is normally after flashing back.

Um, I made mermaids that live in lava and fire. When they're little their teeth are shards of coal, but as they grow under the heat and pressure, their teeth harden into jagged diamonds.

Half-Dragons in my universe have extended lifespans compared to humans, but not as long as true dragons (hundreds of years compared to thousands). They also have access to hereditary magic, but it works to a much lesser extent (Being able to move a house-sized boulder compared to a literal mountain).

One of my races eyes actually project white light in sufficient darkness, and project "anti-light" in blinding light. They also can regrow their teeth in moments and have unlimited sets of teeth.

A two headed race has heads capable of independent thought - though they have access to each other's thoughts, which explains why their species has had so much war and conflict in the past. Only a select few have been able to "open the barrier" and agree with eachother. Their race is also extremely religious, though their religion has little to do with most of their daily lives.
