Reason for Prison: He may have killed someone. Or multiple people, actually. They couldn't pin the murder spree on him but they did lock him up for evading the police, which explains why he isn't locked up in a high-security facility.
Personality: Confident to the point of cockiness, cunning/sly, creative, organized, curious, psychotic, flirty, and barely loyal, even only to those like him or more powerful.
Appearance: Medium-length fluffy blonde hair, kind blue eyes, light freckles, lightly tanned pale skin, friendly/disarming smile. Angular face/jaw and broad shoulders. He has a tall, nearly lanky frame which hides his athletic build. 5'11", 193 lbs.
Habits: He enjoys messing with people's heads and emotions, but if he finds someone like him, he will keep them/stay with them. He keeps a smile or smirk on his face when in public. Late-night reading.

Habits: (BAD): Smokes (after his daughter’s death). (GOOD) He draws ridiculously realistic, for he himself worked as the police sketcher.
Other: His daughter was kidnapped and assaulted. When she died of her injuries in ER, Cyi hunted down her captors before the court trial, and beat them senseless.

Reason for Prison: He's accused of killing at least five people, but they're still working on this to figure out who the five were. Note: This is actually not the case at all, Jayson is actually being mistaken for the guy who killed all these people (he is in fact, not the killer of these five people. Buuuut he did murder three people in the past and got away with it. So, I mean likeeee, Karma's a bitch).
Appearance: Has espresso brown hair and chestnut brown eyes, his hair is usually really messy since he doesn't bother fixing it. Has a kinda light Hispanic brown skin color to him, he's tall (but not too tall) and has a bit of muscle to him (though he doesn't work out much)
Personality: (I know I use Jayson lot for these role plays so if you already know him then you don't have to read this part) A bit flirty and charismatic. Usually, he'll seem a bit more flustered if a guy hits on him. He'll try to act optimist even though he's a pessimist. Jayson jokes around with everyone, is very extroverted and outgoing, but is serious when he concentrates. Jay can be a bit sarcastic at times but doesn't go overboard with it. Even though Jayson can be an easygoing and fun person sometimes he can also seem down to the ground (meaning a bit depressed). Jayson is heartwarming at first glance. He's easy to talk to, nice to others and reeeaallyy doesn't like violence. He'll avoid it at all costs. He's Friendly and pretty much open to anything, but take note that just as friendly as he is you can also piss him off just as much. Sometimes when he's angry he'll seem really scary and threatening, but that'll only happen if he's like really really mad. Even though Jayson has a light personality he is very hard on himself, he doesn't believe he's a good likable person even though he tries to show it. Jayson dislikes people who jump the gun and assume how a person is based on how they look. Has an upbeat personality and tries not to pick any fights. A bit awkward around people but he tries his best to fit in.
Habits: Has a habit of touching his left arm and squeezes it when he's feeling uncomfortable. Will run his hand on the back of his neck sometimes while talking if he feels nervous
Other: Is actually completely and utterly terrified of the dark and thunder
