Pumpkaboo
and Alcremie (these new pokemon are tricky.)

I'm not super well versed in Pokemon (and even then I'm only really familiar with the first gen) but I feel like Gerard would just have a small army of Chanseys.

Caleb would have a Growlithe, and probably a bunch of other fire types.
