Okay, so, I've got a bit, I was thinking the test would help with background and reactions to traumas and different situations.
Testing how the character holds up and if they can really work realistically.

Character:

Present living situation:

How they ended up in said situation:

How could their life be different, what could have happened different that would change their present situation:

What could happen in the future that could change their present situation:

What do they think of their current situation:

How do they handle their current situation:

has this character been through trauma or abused in any way:

If so, How did/does this character adapt to the world with it:

How do they view their current self, if trauma occurred how do they feel about it on a personal level:

How do they view the parts of the world that do not directly effect them, How do they feel about other's emotions, people dying who they never knew, a serial killer at large far away from where they are, a natural disaster in another part of the world:

Due to their situation and past negative or/and positive life events and situations, what could break them completely, and how do they react (If there are multiple ways they could break) how would they react differently to each one:

A specific memory that represents their childhood:

A specific memory that represents their resent past:

A specific memory/circumstance that represents them now:

What is their life goal if they have one:

Maybe another thing would be to add a "Was this character abused in any way? and if so," How did/does this character adapt to the world with it? " I dunno, something along those lines.

@Wishy-Washy_Kinda_Squashy

That kinda stuff really effects people in a not-too-good way. There are a bunch of people I know that lash out at small things, have multiple forms of anxiety, and a few other things, and I guess that really would shape the character in some way.

@Leshierian

Yeah, I'll add those categories.
Maybe adding something like "Due to their situation and past negative or/and positive life events and situations, what could break them completely, and how do they break (If there are multiple ways they could break) how would they react differently to each one?"
