I love doing these kinds of things, so here we are. Link me a character and I'll tell you what car I think would be fitting for them to drive and why! It's a fun little exercise for me and helpful and fun for you if it's something you've never thought of. I will only be doing pedestrian cars/trucks, not motorcycles or planes or commercial vehicles.
What I need to know: age, economic status, birth year, country. If your character bio doesn't have these things, please let me know them when you comment.
This will only really work on humanoids set in a universe relatively similar to our own. I can use unmade concept cars for futuristic/retrofuturistic settings, but I'll also need to know a few universe details too if you fall in this category.

I'm curious, to be honest.
Economic status: He could probably drive whatever he wanted, regardless of cost.
Birth year: 2584 … far future, essentially.
So, his planet is screwed up majorly, and to survive you have to live by your gun and your wits. Unpredictable weather, predators waiting in the shadows, et cetera.
His universe has some high technology, but it's mostly confined to medical advancements and interplanetary transportation.

It's a little hard for me to predict things that far into the future, so I'll be using a dystopian style movie car for this. I think Coallen would drive something similar Lotus Esprit Turbo in the Ghost in the Shell live action movie. Not an amazing movie, I know.
It would be tanky looking, blocky, and simple to fit a more war-torn universe. The main perk of it is that it's quick and small, making it a hard target to hit and a good getaway car. Since he could have whatever, as you said, it's best that he would have something more sporty and simple than luxurious.

They wouldn't drive anything too flashy, but they would never drive something that doesn't look nice and is at least a bit luxurious. It's placed in 2019, so today's cars are what they would drive. It would be an all wheel drive as well, cause they live in Washington and weather there can get weird.

Status: He's twins with a King in his area (he's technically in a different universe) and works a well-paying job. Could buy whatever the heck he wanted, but prefers fancy cars for his fancy self.
Birth year/age: I consider him to be ~6000 in my storyline, so run away with that. It's really old in my line, my oldest before I introduced him was like, 200. So…
His universe is more of a realistic feel (so like, things don't fly or anything) and he lives in a city/beachside area.

Since he's well off and lives by a beach, a nice rich person convertible would be perfect for cruising. I feel like something like a Rolls-Royce Dawn would work because it's a real fashion statement and the epitome of luxury.

@Starfast Since he's a doctor, he probably wouldn't have a complete piece of shit. BMWs are nice, of very high quality, and unfortunately have a very high depreciation rate (making older ones very affordable), so I'm thinking an e60. It's not the flashiest, but it gets the job done well.
I wouldn't really see Alice owning a car, but it'd be cool to know.
