ooo! I have A Big Overarching God and xey're actually the main antagonist and then under xem I have The Lessers, who are 6 Gods who xey created bc xey were lonely. The Lessers actually help out my protag throughout the series, despite them being "dead" after The King killed them for conspiring with the enemy.

The King: God of time, life, death, and power
Solizha: Goddess of fire, home, family, maternity, and creation
Hyo: God of water, freedom, chaos, destruction and change
Geobi: God of mountains, canyons, challenge, victory and defeat
Caliga: Goddess of rain, fog, lies, sickness, and the present
Deadra: Goddess of shadow, knowledge, sleep, dreams, and the past
Aarion: God of light, wind, health, youth, and the future

I don't have GODS gods, but I do have Death and Deathborns, who are the closest thing my world has to gods and are treated like gods.
basically underworld gods who prefer a title other than gods and goddesses

Death: Fairly straightforward. God of/personification of death.
Terror: Also fairly straightforward. Goddess of/personification of terror and fear.
Thaddeus: Deathborn (god) of the Above, prophecies, stars, and any and all fruit-bearing plants.
Crimson: Deathborn (god) of revenge, grudges, art, theater, creativity, ravens and creeks.
Envy: Deathborn (goddess) of torture, pain, eagles, surgeries, injuries, diseases, and bones.
Echo: Deathborn (goddess) of illusions, the present, time, the sky, celestial beings and the moon.
Lillith: DEathborn (goddess) of demons, banshees, the Trials, order, conflict and rebellions.
Damion: Deathborn (god) of reincarnation, the future, second chances, luck, misfortune and karma.
Ashvin: Deathborn (god) of teh past, memories, home, life, freedom.

My world is divided up into 5 nations and each one has their own set of gods and goddesses. The only ones that actually have names at this point are the Falthran gods since they're kind of the most important to the story. Anyways, there's only three of them:

Joralai: Goddess of Magic/Creation (The most important one)
Kovanlai: God of the Earth.
Azanlai God of the Sky

One of my worlds is essentially an experimental retirement home created by seven universal gods called Entities who are trying to increase their lifespan. There are other gods like them fulfilling the same roles across the universe, but these seven in particular created the planet Emfiral:

Ego: Entity of Thought, is meant to keep the other Entities in check. Patron god of humanity.
Flora: Entity of Life, but embodies both life and death. Patron god of plants.
Phoenix: Entity of Energy, specifically heat energy. Patron god of birds.
Leviathan: Entity of Liquids, one of three gods that maintains balance between the states of matter. Patron god of sea creatures.
Lion: Entity of Solids. Patron god of mammals.
Butterfly: Entity of Gases. Patron god of insects.
Serpent: Entity of Elements, the one who actually creates the atoms for other gods to use. Patron god of reptiles.

Each of them also represents a sin because that was my original plan for them, but I'm not listing that here.
My problem rn is that even though I already know what each of them represent and what role they're meant to serve in the story, three of their names are still in contention. I always have problems with names D:

So… actually, a couple of my main people are gods. The main Pantheon is called Ÿrst, which, translated from Celestial, means The Ones Who See. There is a secondary minor pantheon called Ïst, which means The Ones Who Hear.

Zen: Goddess of Peace, and the leader of both Ÿrst and Ïst.

Ÿrst

Death: The Goddess of the Underworld and of Limbo, she guides the souls of the dead to Erebus, the Place and Person of judgement.

Erebus: The Person and Place that judges the souls Death brings to xem.

Night: The Goddess of the Moon, Stars and the Infinite Cosmos.

Day: The Goddess of the Sun, Clouds and Infinite Cosmos.

Ïst

Emotions take up Ïst. These emotions include Rage, Envy, Love, Lust, Joy and Kindness.

Ÿrst and Ïst are also their own deities. They are brother and sister. The pantheons are named after them, but in the end, these two are long dead.

I only have one (maybe 2 actually):

Kore: essentially what would be the 'God' of our planet she is said to have created everything that exists on the planet Hiraeth.

Phoenix could be technically classed as a God(dess) too, she created what is essentially the after-life for the main species of people in Hiraeth (Dragon-Maidens) and she continues to run it to this day she's just not a confirmed Goddess because she technically existed in real time millions of years ago but she could pass as one sort of.

Actually, a super important part of one of my characters is his religion!

The god is named Tix'iya (name translates to "life-giving rain") and, based on the name, he is the God of Rain and Life. He originates from a rainforest planet. There's a lot more to him, but essentially the belief is that he turned the barren desert that their planet once was into the great rainforest they live in. He never shows up as a character, just as a god worshipped by one of my characters. I created a whole base and system for this religion, but I'll leave it here so I'm not ranting forever :)
