Hey, I just want a place to introduce characters and recieve constructive criticisms about them!
His name is Teddy Odom and he has blue hair, heterochromia (left is brown, right is blue) eyes and he is 6'2. He has a little sister named Kellie who is his whole world.
What else can you tell me about Teddy? How old is his sister? Is she all he has left? What is his backstory? Does Kellie have heterochromia as well? Is is a family trait?
Tell us more about their relationship :D is he an extrovert or an introvert? What's his favorite thing to do in his free time? What is Teddy's personality like?
How are you going to develop their relationship within the story? Is there anything they don't see eye to eye on? Are they human or in a different world (I was wondering due to the blue hair)? This sounds like the beginning o great characters, I just want you to elaborate a bit more
@childoftheuniverse Teddy is very reserved. His sister is five. Yes, she is all he has. Their parents died on a snowy December day four years ago. She does have heterochromia, and they got it from their mom.
@Grace<3 They love eachother dearly. Teddy lets Kelly do his hair and pick out his outfits. Teddy loves to write and sketch. Teddy is very reserved and rarely says a word.
@Adrienne I am not too sure yet but I was thinking of her getting hurt or maybe betraying him in some way? It sounds harsh but is that not what stories are for? They are actually in a world I created, Reliqua, which is Earth about fourty-six years in the future. They are humans with magical capabilities (mostly just certain kinesises) He died his hair blue to signify his loss and his guilt and remorse over his loss.
That sounds like an amazing premise for a story! Do you have any ideas on where the plot will go yet?
I love this character! How old is Teddy? and what is his kinesis??? and if Teddy rarely says a word how does he manage to take care of his sister? Does he still talk to her? Does he have anyone else to talk to besides her? I love the name of your world! Can't wait to hear more!! <3
@Adrienne Thanks! It means a lot. Yes, I do, actually. I am thinking of making him heir to the throne of Ola (an island in Reliqua), but he has to go through trials to earn it. Maybe one trial involves his sister?
@childoftheuniverse Thank you! He is seventeen. His kinesis is actually all of them. Kinesis is the ability to control matter (i could be wrong?) and thats what he has. His sister does enough talking for the both of them, to be honest. He talks to her, only when he needs to. And Reliqua is actually latin for 'remains' which is what it is: the remains of the human (?) population

That's so cool…and there are several different types of kinetic abilities, such as aerokinesis (controlling air), chronokinesis (manipulating time) and telekinesis (manipulating objects). I think what you're looking for is telekinesis. here's a link to help you out!
Does his sister have any abilities? Is it everybody or just certain people? also that's a really good plot!! <3

@childoftheuniverse thank you for the link! I actually mean he has the ability to manipulate matter in of itself. Materiokinesis. His sister, on the other hand, in a cyrokinetic. It is just certain people. Thanks for the feedback!
