Gods and similar. When someone/thing is all-powerful, what character traits do you like to put in them? Arrogant? Kind-Natured? Apathetic?

I believe in God so I hope my beliefs won't clash with what you're trying to write about.
OKay, if there were a fictional omnipotent being, and based on greek/roman mythology gods aren't perfect, I'd say that they would be arrogant. They know everything so when you know everything, well, you swagger. Sometimes, they'd be kind. That really depends on your character.
They also might be manipulative if they are immature.
If they're mature, they would be kind, good, and do things for the good of people, if they were immature, they would be manipulative, arrogant, and cruel.
What if they know everything, but strugle socially, emotionally, etc.

Like they have an ocean of information, and have to communicate by scooping out a half cup of knowledge at a time.
Or they could struggle to understand non-omnipotent beings.
"What is this?"
"It's music?…"
"I know what music is, I mean what is the purpose?"
"Entertainment!"
"What's the point of entertainment?"
"To have fun!"
"I know everything but I don't know how to have fun."
"Want me to teach you?"
"Is having fun enjoyable?"
"Yes."
"Then yes."
Omnipotent means all-powerful but not necessarily all-knowing or all-present. It might be a good idea to have an all-powerful character that is extremely ignorant of the world, like a small child, that is desperately searching for someone to teach them or help them experience new things.
