Now all of these notes aren't completely up to date. I went through them all but there is a strong chance I missed things since I've entirely reworked the story and it was late at night. But I want the story to start with 4 of them riding a prison bus to Stoneward Cove a multipurpose prison for superpowered people with Beau already inside. (As a kid I used to make up superheroes so I'm not sure if I want to throw them into this story at all, and just have this world filled with superpowered beings) Stoneward Cove houses adult offenders and juvenile delinquents, they separate boys and girls like any other prison. Because of the nature of the types of prisoners, each cell/method of containment is different and tailor-made to each prisoner.

Neo-Humans have a triple helix rather than a double helix DNA structure like us. Neo-Humans develop powers at random points in their life, and the powers they receive may be completely random. Or they can be in relation to the surroundings and emotions of the person depending on how much of their DNA is made of triple helix's.Say if someone is drowning and they have a triple helix, they may develop the power to breathe underwater if the gene is strong. If they are half Neo-Human they may develop the power to turn invisible while drowning so. Moments of extreme emotions may force their powers to activate. This may be happiness, excitement, stress, anxiety or sadness etc.

Robbie Daniels/Legion has several different mind powers including the standard telekinesis and telepathy this extends to levitation, thoughtography(imprinting mental images on an object), Bilocation/Mental Projection (he creates a mental projection while controlling his real body at the same time being in two places at once. He also discovers minor mediumship/ the ability to talk to spirits. I want this to be vague, he basically has a gang of superpowered thugs and one of these thugs seems different, The Anubis Agent. I want it to remain vague that she's not a superpowered human and that she's something else. Legion finds some of his powers that he's practised a lot easier like levitation and telekinesis and telepathy. Talking to minds is easy but controlling another mind is extremely difficult, on a good day he could do it for a short time on bad days he can't do it.
Robbie Daniels is the main villain and he is tracking down his sister Charlotte who has just been arrested for several counts of manslaughter. Robbie was spying on his little sister and tried breaking into her mind and forcing her power out. He did exactly that except forcing her power out caused a catastrophe and Charlotte created a concentrated storm that killed several people in her local park. She lost control immediately and Legion couldn't make her stop. She only stopped when she struck herself with lightning.

Dwayne had a normal start compared to the others. His powers developed while he was in class. He was somewhat stressed and annoyed, he had forgotten to take his medication and now his A.D.H.D was slowing him down in class and he knew it. He turned his focus outside and thought about waiting for the day to come to an end, instead he teleported outside. He could now teleport wherever he wanted (Not too far though). Dwayne had good parents and they had done well for themselves, his dad owned a construction firm and his mother worked in the New York library. He got scared, he was afraid that he wouldn’t be anything when he grew up and he didn’t want to mooch off his parents all of his life so he decided to rob a bank. He was later arrested for stealing half a bank vault. He managed to teleport himself and only half the vault outside in the middle of the street. He was too tired to try and teleport again. Due to his A.D.H.D, he teleports sometimes when he doesn’t want to. An ankle bracelet was strapped to him to track him if he ever teleported it also shocks him before he teleports usually stopping him before he teleports.

Caleb’s powers come from his desire to defend himself and his sister. His father James would occasionally beat the two of them. He didn’t make a routine of it but every few weeks or months he would take his anger out on them. One of Joan's memories is Caleb hiding her in the closet when she was 10 years old while Caleb took her beating. Caleb has the power to make energy shields from his hands in any size and shape. He forms barriers around his hands so that he can hit people harder without hurting his hands. He can also form blades that cut through most objects.

Joan’s pyrokinesis comes from her having a need to burst out. Caleb grew up fighting, desperately trying to defend himself and his sister. Joan grew up watching, wanting to do something. When the twins were 15 they were at a party and some guy was harassing Joan until Caleb threatened him. Joan found herself in this position again feeling useless, until her hair and hands burst into flames. She scared the guy away and accidentally burnt down the house party. Nobody died but the house was burnt down and people were hurt. The twins didn’t want to go back home, they didn’t want to go to a foster home or get into any sort of trouble for having powers so they ran. They kept running until they found Sal Moretti. Who they lived with for 2 years until they were found by police. They were caught for all of their previous crimes and sent to Stoneward Cove.

Beau has practically been raised in Stoneward Cove and other places just like it that study and control Neo-Humans. Beau has been a threat since he was 5. On a trail walk, he suddenly turned into a giant moving bronze statue with a figure similar to ancient greek statues and no face. Then he grew to about 200 ft. He was covered up. People remember the statue but they have no idea where it came from. They called him the statue of Atlas. Beau has been raised in labs. He’s never been taught how he can use his powers but rather how he can suppress them. He is under mental surveillance almost constantly, in case an imminent change can be detected. If one is his room is flooded with sleeping gas. He spent most of his life in a luxury home that doubled as a lab where his parents could monitor him and he hated it. He was sent to Stoneward Cove because despite all the mental training to avoid transformation it would still occur. He wanted to go to Stoneward Cove to see if they could help him so that he wouldn’t have to worry about losing control. When the others arrive, he gets along with them enough, but when Legion attacks he loses control allowing the others to escape. They take an unconscious Beau with them not knowing it was him who destroyed a large part of the prison.
