So I looked at them, and I really like them. As in, I would read that book, I like them. The only thing I can really think of that might make them more interesting would be to give them some humanizing traits. Not like make them seem like a human, but like have them not quite completely evil. Because they only want revenge on one race, make it so they're also friends with another race. That would not only make them seem more relatable, but also makes them more interesting. It's not normal for the antagonist to be friends with people, and can catch peoples interest faster. Also I find that taking those personality tests as the characters is helpful as well. That's just my opinion, you don't have to use it if you don't want to. In the end it is your character, and your decision.
Personally, I don't think humanity is what makes a villain interesting. I think this character is a bit two-dimensional. I reckon thinking about a character's morality is what gives their personality more interest. I don't think just stating the personality is enough but expanding on it, asking questions like 'In what situation are they like this?' or 'Are they like this or this in this situation?' How do they react to things? To what extent are they willing to go in order to achieve their goals? Do they have a line? Are they willing to cross it? That sort of thing. Although I'm not very good at explaining things and this is just what I've learnt.
(also that's a pretty cool villain)
