I have two main ethnicities - one loosely based on Greeks and the other loosely based on Irish. I'm looking for last names that come from those languages but aren't obvious, like a combination of a couple symbolic words. The Greek type royal family should have words like sad, revenge, cold, loyal, or smart and the Irish type royal family should have words like dark, death, conquer, cruel, or fire.
If anyone could help me out that would be great!

search the roots of the types of words you want and then connect the roots together for a last name using extra letters or syllables.

Dark is Dorcha in Irish, death is Bás, cruel is éadrócaireach, fire is Tine

Dark could also be "dubh," though- it's used more often as a personal moniker.
