I can't think of a superhero name for my character.

What is there power

Woah that was really fast

well They have echolocation
can hear vibrations
intuitive Aptitude
Can convert Sound into Light
Thermal Manipulation
Really good with weapons.

Wow, that's a lot of powers. Are these all based around a central idea?

I mean I don't think it's a lot
but uh yes?

What are they all based around? Working with that could help with ideas for names.

Basically what do all his powers have in common?

Its a her
And its sound
but she got experimented on
so they threw somethings in there.

What about something sound-related, then? Some examples:

Sonic Boom
Sonic Wave
Decibelle (pun on belle since she’s a girl)
Acoustica

Or bat/dolphin related since they both have echolocation?

at least you're looking. Maybe you could look at other books/ movies for inspiration. think Incredibles, the superhero names are based off of their powers.
or if you just want a name for the character name, you could look at personality and stuff like that. Or remake names of other objects that you feel could be significant for that character or just a name that you like. names dont always have to be meaningful or deep.

Perhaps energy or wave-related names? A lot of those powers are physics-related topics that have to do with energy or force, for some of them specifically waves. Some of the powers are quite diverse along a category, however, so perhaps just a code name based on their own name might be a better choice! Cool character though!!
