I'm glad that he is an appropriate weight for his age. A lot of the characters I critique are either 20 lbs underweight or 40 lbs overweight.

Starting with his name, I like it a lot, it has this futuristic vibe around it, but also this wood vibe thing? I don't know but I love it!
Also love that he isn't like 5,9, a lot of male-characters that are grown-up are always tall. This is a nice change for me to see haha.
The blue-ish skin+ white-ish eyes is really cool, really interesting aesthetic. Is this because of his race or are his white-ish eyes a special thing only he has?
The glowing part when happy is great!!! Does his skin get darker when he gets sad/anxious? because that'd be so interesting!

If he's so reckless, does that end in like scars/wounds a lot? is he a fighter or just like really clumsy? The flaws are realistic and fit really well together. The fact that he's a prince fits as well, like you can imagine such a person to be cocky and so on easily.

You say one of his hobbies is learning, but what does he learn about and how?
