Its for a dnd campaign and he left home and I need help with the details.

sorry, offline there for a bit. So a NPC,rilo, will be travelling with the group helping them find a bounty on a man named rozwell. When they get there they will find themselves in a building with traps everywhere. Rilo will fall into a trap and the party will have to move on. Then they find what they believe to be rozwell and fight him, halfway through rilo will find and save them annoucing that "You can stop pretending to be me now. So rilo is actually rozwell

And the thing is that rozwell and his mentor went off to explore the world to find a place unaffected by radiation, rozwell came back, his mentor did not. I need a story on how rozwell and his mentor met and why his mentor didn't come back.
