I don't have a lot of time, so I'm only gonna do three:
Seraphine Des-Marais: I picture Victorian-era France. 18 years old. Long, dark brown hair. A princess that wears giant dresses and turns her nose up at everyone. Afterall, she's far better than them. Her big secret is that she's a vigilante. At night she dresses in black and jumps around France like Spiderman. The friends that know her as the vigilante think she's really cool.
David Pickett: The poor friend who knows Seraphine's secrets. He's a dirty peasant that she'd never talk to when others are watching. The brave guy who would start a revolution.
Yvette Petrov: The arch-enemy. She's not evil or anything, but certainly stuck-up. Seraphine and Yvette despise each other because they both want to be the best. Yvette, however is richer and therefore has more bragging rights. Dating a super hot prince. Could not possibly be more clueless about life and things in general.
(Obviously the storyline's totally different from your actual storyline, but you get the underlying personalities, I hope.)
@cerebrxlthundxr, you got the personalities, like, almost perfect!! Seraphine is spot-on. You even got the dark hair right (how??) Yvette you came close–she's evil AF! You're right, though, storyline is mega different. I'm just amazed that you could get all that from a name!! :DD
