Try aiming for unisex names that are more used for men, like the ones people don't know are unisex like Jordan, Quinn, Charlie, Morgan, Jules, Frankie. You want a realistic name, it doesn't have to be badass at first it just has to suit the character and it will become badass with the character. For example, I have a character who is a Fallen Angel/Murderer. She's supposed to be an antagonist that dresses like a biker and is dangerous and wild but she has the name Laurelei. If I said Laurelei you would've thought of an actual angel or a girl but now the character gives the name meaning and effect.
