I'll start.
Camari Blackwell would be a singer.
Jayden Apex would be an artist.
Alissa Blight would be a dancer.
James Carlyle would be some kind of musician.
Luna Verbeck would pry be in a gang.

Samil would be plotting to set Trump on fire
Asura would be building a sushi mansion
Luca would be a hardcore one direction fan
Alex would buy every single bird she ever saw

Nyir would be a high-ranking military officer or a police officer
Tasper, Sacia, and Javi would be starting high school
Tyfer would be a fire fighter, paramedic, or social worker
Lau would be getting very, very high in college
Daso would be in his senior year of HS, probably bribing his sister to write his college entrance essays
Dara would have graduated a year early and gotten accepted into a 7 year medicine program (she may or may not help Daso with the essays)
Reos would be settled down with kids, probs a stay at home dad or a farmer
Enzo would be a pro bono lawyer
Evera would still be a politician, very Democratic

Nell and Lysander would be sophomores
Therese and Fern juniors
Nich would probably be in jail
Meg would be in college and probably sell clothes on Etsy
Samuel would be the nonstop worker who has like 4 Masters that he's working on and a severe lack of sleep
Joan would be taking a year off before college
Ayla and Carrie would be in the military or police force and probably adopt Lysander
Ansel would be in his 8th grade year
Marcus would own a really good restaurant
Jon would be trying to balance college, his art, and his music
Oliver would be going into the military
Izzy would be a senior, Stephen a junior, Leah a sophomore, and Jayson a freshman.
Francesca would be working towards a phd probably
andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer) would have a really bad retail job

Huxley would be the guy that drops out of high school and drives around the country
Wren would be a freshman
Asher would be taking an internship with a government worker
Talia and Jayson are in a gang

Cameron would probably be in prison, or own an amazing seafood restaurant.
Oliver would be supporting the hell out of transgender, women, and lgbt+ rights.
Zackary would probably be supporting along his brother (or in prison).
M would be like, one of those rich guys you see on the covers of magazines.
Neo would most definitely run against Trump the next time the spot opens.

Axis would be starting preschool
Aylo would be taking Axis to preschool. Also freaking out about how his little girl is in preschool.
Darius would be drunk, continuing to drink at some bar.
Hadley would be having his 4th breakdown of the day even though it's 9 am.
Ivan would be "dabbing the fear away."
Joelle would be fixing her makeup and then crying aka messing it up then repeating this process everyday, twice.
Nalani would be in 8th grade
Nielle would be in high school, banging his head on his desk.

All my guys would be in eight grade, but other than that

Malin: run a successful musical venue in London featuring the debut of her own creations
Nax: Being the manager of said production
Rostal: Biologist professor at a university with way to many pets.

almost all of my characters would be in high school still but assuming they weren't in high school:
Amara: would pursue an art career
Ren: would definitely be in the military
Bear: farmer
Cole: Police officer
Annalise: either a fashion designer or a social worker

I only have three characters right now:
Lin would probably be writing
Samuel would be listening to Hamilton
Jessica would be drawing or painting

Oridone would still be an overworked security guard
Ben would be practicing to be a mechanic rather than already being a mechanic
Ben's brother who's yet to be named would be struggling to get a job
Erin would probably end up dead after cheating the wrong gambler out of their money
Cassie would be a singer with Beri
Peter would be a stage manager
Ellis would be running from the cops 24/7
Rayden would be miserable trying to meet his parent's high expectations
Firo and Allie would be in the military
Quest would be someone's family pet from a rescue center
Alia would be doing something to help kids
Trinity, Riveal, and Zara would be in school
Ira would keep switching jobs before settling on being a detective
Iden would probably do boxing or something
Julivier would be an artist
Wayld would be an coffee shop or office worker or something
Maki and Fallien would still have a coffee shop/bakery
Nick would be in college questioning his sexuality
Jack would be one of those business advisers that actually help with your business
Corru would be in high school or college acting like the manipulative @$$ he is
Aaron would probably get a job dealing with animals
Moshi would still be a happy ftm lgbtq+ member working as a receptionist
Dr. Speckles would still be a doctor of science and dating Moshi because he's pan

Adalia would be a senate who takes no bs from anyone, and is probably running for president in 2020. She's also getting the medical care she needs for her sickness.

Connor would be an extremely popular athlete, either a football or basketball star and would kick everyone's butts in every match.
Tanner would be an author but with JK Rowling level skill and popularity. He would be Connor's biggest fan and they would be a complete power couple.
Jesse would become an actor but only because he's vaguely attractive and mysterious enough to be everyone's teen crush.
Jasmine would basically become Nancy Myers and would direct and write movies but would always cast Jesse as the leads which would frustrate everyone but he's gorgeous so people would chill.
Taylor would definitely be a military sergeant, they'd literally kick everyone's ass and be the boss of everyone. They'd basically just run around threatening to fight everyone if they said anything against anyone Taylor cared about (i.e. Tanner, Jesse, Connor etc.)
Oliver would run for senator or some other political position while Harry would just be the stay at home husband but support him unconditionally.
Finally, Liam would be the best kindergarten teacher in the world. Every kid would be amazed by his long aqua hair so he'd just let every kid play with his hair and would treat them all like his own son.
