forum I need an acronym for a space military

I'm doing a short story set in the future. The military is an international one and in space that's pretty much it.

Is it like a union of planets that form this military? An empire? A single planet?

It's kinda like we created a single military and went to space with them and colonized planets. So it's human only.

So I'm going to assume Earth exists in this world, and offer this:
