You're fine! First off, I'd like to preface this by saying that I love what you've described of Trent's appearance; it makes me think of a casual surfer dude, which makes his 'just ride the tide, man' saying all the more ironic. I also do like the added touch of having his OCD possibly tie in with his problem of hyper-fixating on certain things; many people have this misconception about those with OCD that all they can focus on is the pursuit of cleanliness when the actual compulsion to clean is often completely unrelated to the obsession itself. That being said, there's not much else detail regarding it. Does this slight condition impact his life on a day-to-day basis, including his work and relationships with people? And if so, in what way does it affect him? Furthermore, you state that he gets worried in the presence of his boss, but don't give reason as to why. It makes me wonder what his boss is like, and whether or not this anxiety stems from a place of unpleasant personal experience or is simply the result of their work environment during business hours. Finally, some backstory and insight into why he has such an interest in matchmaking would do him great justice. Did he play matchmaker during his school days that evolved into a sort of passion for the practice? Is he a helpless romantic? As it stands right now, it's an interesting concept that just needs a little bit more layer to it!
Overall, I really like this character! I can only suggest that you give him a bit more depth in regards to his nature and history.
