In the culture Chester's from stating your pronouns with your name is basic introduction when meeting someone new like shaking hands, and if someone's pronouns happen to change they say them along with their hellos or in passing conversation.
His introduction usually goes like this.

Lincoln: For myself I use I/me/myself, but as for pronouns others should use in reference to me that would be he/him/his.
