The villains in my first arc are otome character well their files , who end up escaping their games, the main villain is the heroine, the lackey was her strong heroine replacement, and I guess her antagonist and the mooks are her abusive love interests she killed but with their glitch abilities are what I'm on the fence about, first in the first chapter, the bishies possess the MC's coworkers and brother, which I don't know how to work in, since I don't know how a glitch possess someone, and Insato(MV) get out in the world possessing a robot, how to make this work

When you say "glitch," I assume like Vanellopie von Schweetz from Wreck-it Ralph. If you want ideas for glitches and such, I HIGHLY recommend watching speedruns. AGDQ is a good place to start, mostly because there's such a variety of games that you could find a veritable treasure trove.

Aside from the standard "out-of-bounds," you could have stuff that increases speed, duplicating items, skipping entire sections because they paused at a certain point (this is under the assumption that they can mess with the world like they can with a video game).

Now that I think about it, a hilarious primer would be Scott Falco's Totally Legit speedrun animations and their explanatory counterparts, along with TerminalMontage's Super Mario 64 and Speedrunner Mario vs. Melee Fox videos.

just playing and messing with video games and glitching them out helps a lot. Theres a lot of glitches that are absolutely useless in speed runs (getting stuck in the floor, teleporting back due to online lag, etc) but in the hands of a character could be incredibly useful. There are various youtube channels that show off and explain various glitches in video games.
