Hi, I'm having trouble making a character evil, she's the main villain
she previously had the spirit bond and used it to grant people's wishes but turned to an apathetic misanthrope by betrayals by her clients leading to her losing faith in humanity
While I got my other villain's motive (eg. entitlement, love, power, angst)
But having problems with her can you help
If you want a Chaotic Evil villain, make her vengeful. Make her hate humanity and deliberately fuck with the humans who want her wishes. Want to be married? Vegas wedding, then divorce. Want to get rich? You're rich and your friends only stick around to mooch off of you, etc.
Or maybe make her clients pay a vague price and it turns out to be something that ruins their life so they learn not to trust vengeful wish-givers. This can also be a way to get your villain some enemies (which is kinda that same thing as above)

I was planning to make her Neutral Evil, while she mostly does horrible things to get rich, she doesn't care about the consequences or people she hurts and blames her clients' for being naive and letting her use them
The issue with writing any villain is balancing the morally grey with the dark. Since she's a wish giver she could add the stereotypical loophole, an example being I wish for a million dollars and she just crushes me to death with a stack of pennies, or you could have minor villains show up and try to sabotage the wish and later reveal she sent them.
easy to make a villain make her have a trammadic incendent that turns her evil because no villain is evil for evil sake
