One of my characters is a bit of a misanthrope- she is 100 percent done with pretty much everyone in her life. However, I'm afraid of this trait making her unlikable or unrelatable. Any tips on how to keep this from happening?

Make them like me. Just kidding. Keep her humorous. Have her sarcastically-yet-endearingly comment on her everyday life.
In this case, I 'm not sure how I'd be able to do that and keep her in character. See, the reason why she doesn't like people is mostly because the majority of people in her life are either criticizing, domineering over, or actively abusing her (there are some notable exceptions). She is cold and guarded, but once someone starts showing her love and respect, however, she becomes much more willing to open up.
You can give her a single friend that she actually loves and is open and free around. This shows her more caring and amicable side and will let the audience see a more friendly/lovable side of her. It allows you to keep her in character most of the time but also show that she has a softer side.
