Exactly what it says in a tin, I'll go first

The old story was some Doki Doki Esques story about a harem protag who basically hunted down by a bunch of yanderes, while there is some virus hacking the game he's in, Later it was just about a bunch yanderes trying to have Asumi for themselves It was really edgy and bad written, The revised version was just the second version but Asumi is the key to becoming god now

Asumi:

Well first let's begin with optimistic lil bean Asumi, Well at first he was a selfish pervert who wanted a harem, Second, he was an innocent and clueless guy that trying to not die who at the end sacrifices himself, I kinda took a break from it during the summer I tried to revive Asumi and gang and turned him to the man he is today, I made him more active and gave him a spine, Also his name used to be Unzari

On looks, he didn't change that much, Just his glasses and uniform

Kage

At first, he was Hikari's split personality (And no it wasn't portrayed correctly at all) who wanted to kill Asumi because… I don't really know, later He was Hikari's illegitimate orphaned brother and was the white knight of Asumi, he also dies, In this version,The second protagonist he's still protecting Asumi from yanderes but He and Hikari are twins, their parents were in the picture That's not a good thing, Seeing his dad and instead of being a violent hothead he's a moody emo He represents despair so that kind of makes sense

Hikari

She was the usual kuudere type girl but as a yandere, my memory on her is a bit blurry but She wanted Asumi because he resembles her old friend which is ironically Hanaki's subplot Now she's basically the final boss to Kage and Asumi, and she has no interest in Asumi and is in love with Minato

Hanaki

in his first design, he was a girl named Hana who was obsessed with Asumi because… I dunno he was nice to her, I guess, Now he's a vampire guy who's in love with Asumi because he looks his late girlfriend, His personality didn't change much, I guess he's more masculine and nice, I also thought about having his vampiric form have a different personality than Hanaki

Collin

Not much has changed with him other than a species lift, giving him a more manipulative edge and being a lot lazier, and I change his abuser from his dad to his uncle

Eri

Eri was first Asumi childhood friend, was the same age as him and was a generally awful personlike in one scene she deadass bullied Collin for being abused, Now She's Asumi's older cousin, and is less of a prick, Well she's still overly-protective but it's better than what used to be, Well I guess if you consider locking relatives in cages as better than victim-shaming

Mikoto

Mikoto was at first a side character, whose main traits were being timid and innocent, now she a main character with the temper of the sun, the self-esteem so low that flew through the center of the earth and I made her less cutesy and made her less attractive

Unzari

Well this guy changed the most, At first, he was your generic bromantic foil with a big stomach Which soon just spiraled into straight-up canniblism, Then was your generic jock bully who hated Asumi because Kage was close to him, now he's a mysterious ally to Kage and Asumi, he shown to bit overly trusting and perverted

Minato

Well at first her main reason in the story was to be fridged, actually, there was a plot twist that she really was alive, Well now she's a dense and naive demon hunter trying to break the curse that Asumi is the victim of

Emiko

Well at first, she was basically an off-brand tsundere Monika who wanted Asumi for no reason, I can remember, Second she was just an arrogant obvious villain, Now she a bit more benevolent she tends to be in love with Asumi because he's kind and his optimism

Kiiro|
He was Asumi's father who supported him throughout trying to stop the villains from hurting him, He was also a yandere, who protected Asumi's mom from her malicious suitors, Now he's amnesiac due to being in a fire when trying to skadollepoop Kage's dad, speaking of which

Kotone|
At first he was just a plain Ryoba Aishi clone

Well that took a long time, how about yours

@Starfast group

Ooh this seems like a fun thread. I'll start with my oldest characters. I made most of these guys around 2007-2009 when I was about 12-14.

Keyla: She honestly kind of sucked orignally. She was had no personality but way too much power. Now, she has something a resembling a personality (although, I'm still working on it). I'm trying to make her kind of bold and brave, and maybe just little bit reckless at times. In terms of her powers, I haven't worked on them much (yet) but I'm going to be laying down some restrictions so she's not too overpowered.

Savona: As far as personality goes…well she actually has one now. Original Savona was really underdeveloped compared to literally all my other characters for some reason. I'm still working on her, but for now I'm going in the direction of the "mom friend type." Oh. And her named has changed like at least eight times.

Calidor: Still a jerk, but I've toned down his skillset so it's more realistic from someone with his background. He comes from a poor family, and original Cal also used to be ridiculously good swordsman. Like, "goes up against trained soldiers and still wins" kind of good (Original Cal was 15 by the way). So now he's just a very mediocre swordsman. He also used to have the ability to dream the future, but it created too many plot holes so now he has the ability to collectively lucid dream.

Farli: Aside from originally being named Farley (his real name is actually Farlokh now, he just goes by Farli), he also used to be a lot more outgoing. Now he's just really reserved and secretive. He also used to have purple eyes, which was an indicator of this cool astral projection power that he has (he still has this power, but there's no physical indicator). Also, this is really dumb but he was originally supposed to be kinda like a bully to Keyla and her other friends (Like literally the only reason he existed was just to make them miserable. He brought nothing else to the plot at all) but then I ended up liking his character a lot and I didn't want him to be mean so I made him not a jerk and created another character to fill the role of the totally useless bully which brings me to my next point.

Taven: Taven is one of my two characters who just did a complete 180. So originally I created him to be the useless bully character. But then there was a point where I realized he could be playing a bigger role in the story so I gave him a bigger role but then there was kind of this chemistry between him and Keyla. But then 13 year old me was like "But… he can't be the bully and the love interest?" (Because my dislike for that trope started at an early age I guess). Since the idea of him being a bully wasn't really adding much I just made him nice. So, basically he went from this guy who was just mean for no reason to this bumbling, awkward idiot who regularly trips over his own feet. I love him.

(Worth mentioning, but up until this point, all the characters used to be white. Still figuring out some of their exact appearances but their country is loosely based on central Asia, whereas before it was based on medieval Europe).

Milo: Milo is my other character who did a complete 180. I could probably do an entirely separate post on him, but in the simplest explanation, he basically went from a Gryffindor to a Slytherin. He was kind of this "knight in shining armour" character that everyone loved and trusted even though most of them had good reason not to. Kind of like Cal, he was a ridiculously good fighter. Literally the best from his nation (and he was fuckign 17) but a lot of this was attributed to the fact that he could for some reason read minds. Current Milo is in his 20s, and is also a really shady and most people don't trust him. He's a pretty good sword fighter but sucks at like every other type of combat. Original Milo also had a love interest but she was really boring and added nothing to the plot but a contrived romantic subplot that no one asked for. Oh, and one other thing. Original Milo's name was actually Milo. In the current version, Milo is the name he gave himself after he left his home kingdom.

Garzlan: Garzlan's personality has pretty much remained the same. He's always been a cinnamon roll, but originally he was more fearless and didn't really mind getting into fights every now and then because (and get this) he was a really good archer whose aim was literally perfect even though he (and get this) had no formal training (there's a common theme here, with these old versions…). Original Garzlan was also married. Current Garzlan is really spineless and hates any kind of confrontation. He carries around a bow and arrow sometimes when he travels but he doesn't really know how to use it. Also his relationship status changes all the time. I can't decide if I want him to be engaged or in a serious relationship, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there and for now he'll just be ambiguously not single.

@SpaceCadet_Bongo

Roo: personality wise, he hasn't really changed because his personality is purely vindictive of how the players want his personality to be portrayed with the dialogue options given to them throughout the story. Appearance wise, I know I wanted him to be of Australian aboriginal background, but didn't know whether or not to make him full or mixed. I eventually went with the latter to tie in both plot points in the story. Other than that, he hasn't changed to much.

Josh: I know I wanted him to be a friendly character from the get go, but I was worried that other than being a close friend for Roo, he had nothing else going for him. I decided to make him an intelligent person with a padgent for photography and construction. He also had a variety of ethnic and name changes to him too. I had originally planned for him to be Indian, but thought better off having him be European Australian instead. He also was going to originally be a bit of a social butterfly, but thought that might take away a bit of the challenge for players to gain friendships with other characters if Josh could just do it for them.

Naomi: Making the female friend for Roo was difficult because I didn't know what would complement well with him and Josh. Given that Josh was a kind of secluded geeky character, I decided to make Naomi the almost polar opposite. She was going to be tough and strong, with a reckless behaviour that frequently landed her into trouble. I know I wanted her to have an Asian ethnicity because I wanted to link her to a martial art form of some sort, but didn't want to go with the typical Chinese, Japanese or Korean background. A made her Thai to give her a unique flavour and her art form was Muay Thai, or Kickboxing. Appearance wise, I knew I wanted her to wear gym clothes alot, sport singlets as well as wrist wraps for boxing (She even wears them in class).

Ethan: Out of the potential love interests for Roo, Ethan (Other than Aina) was the one I worked on the most. I wanted him to be a extrovert that see's the best in people instantly, (A quality that Roo later fall's in love with) and get along with everyone, no matter the social status. I knew I also wanted him to be a jovial and jokey type of person, seeing the funny side of situations. His design has pretty much stayed the same, a shortish, red head with freckles littering his body. However, with Ethan, I didn't know whether to make him part of the main group of friends or have his own. I went with the latter, because it gave players an extra challenge to complete. Make friends with his friends as well as him.

Aina: Aina has had a fair bit of reworks. At first, I didn't know whether or not to make her a love interest option or not, given that Ethan was already a potential possibility, but I decided to make her one, so that players had another character they could romance if they wanted to. Like Ethan, I also contemplated about her being part of the main group, but thought better of it for the same reasons. I knew I wanted her to be foreign and still learning English, but picking a country was half, if not all the trouble. I landed on Madagascar because….. I don't know to be honest lmao :). Personality has stayed relatively similar, with sassy-ness combined with friendliness. Thats pretty much it for her to be honest.

Liam: Liam is the side antagonist of the story, otherwise known as Roo's bully. He directs insults a lot at Roo, none of which are justified. Liam was originally gonna be a loner type character, but to make things difficult, I put him in the same group as Ethan's friends, just to make things that much more difficult for the players. He uses his friends as a support group to make up for his own insecurities, typically letting them to the hard work while he does fuck all. Design wise, he's had a variety of changes. He went from being Poor to Rich, White to Chinese and Stocky to Slender.

@Discombra

Hmmm…
Valerie: Started out as a typical white girl. Her original description was Nice, makes friends easily. Best described as: “Alpha bitch that you hate to love, but you wanna see her prosper and live a good life." She was originally planned to be similar to Heather Chandler and Regina George, with a bit of Emily from 'Until Dawn.' Now, she's the unofficial antagonist. She pushed a kid to suicide, actively abuses one of her "friends", etc. She's borderline sociopathic. Quote her character page: Blind to other people's emotions and needs (like, literally needs it to be spelled out to her before she realizes)

Madi: Her original description was Kind, sweet. Probably has a stuffed animal collection. Best described as: “ Innocent cinnamon roll, too good for this world, too pure.” Was intended to be more of a main character. Now, she's an important character, but not main. She's a lot more bold, calls Valerie out on her bullshit. A lot less timid.

Nadia: Her original description was Sarcastic, child-like. Rapid mood swings. Best described as: “She knows she’s evil, but she doesn’t care at this point.” Basically, a psychopath with no remorse, avenging her dead brother. Now, she's an escaped patient from a mental hospital, who's been driven crazy by the doctors, medication, and the constant reminders that her twin is dead. Also a lot more occult-y. She gets a happy-ish ending. Still a serial killer though.

@Oakiin

This is a cool idea! I'm so doing this :D

Ram Wilson
His main transformation went from being totally straight to being pan as all get out. It wasn't by any decision of mine, he just…ended up that way

Cello Rigor
Went from an rip-off dramatic, manipulative edgelord anime character to a still dramatic, manipulative not edgelord who is actually balanced and isn't so…OP. He went from making statements with more verbal flourish than a bouquet to being pretty quiet, just observant, and did I mention manipulative? Because if I didn't, I didn't mention it enough.
He also went from being the recluse retired general of an army called the Lions (cliche, I know), to being the very not retired career military man who becomes general of the American Army.
Really, not much has changed except he's not so extra and cringy now lol

Elena Bus
Went from a random nobody to being plot important

@RainClouds_Itachi_

my entire original story line was completely changed over the years of planning it so my oldest characters have definitely also changed-

Tatius & Claudia: ( honestly, they're not even the same characters anymore??? )
Tatius & Claudia were originally twins (Tatius is now a year older), and they both used to have white hair and purple eyes. white hair. purple eyes. now they both have black hair, and while Tatius has black eyes to match, Claudia's eyes are a navy blue. also,, they used to be the main protagonists, but now they're only two protags from a whole ass SQUAD of 'em. Tatius has also become one of the deities, and they're both winged people now. these two used to be kinda marysue-ish tbh, but now they're not! (hopefully-) also, instead of having no parents, they're Death's cloak babies. so they now also have an older sister they don't know about since Nat is Death's oldest child. they used to be teenagers, but now they're capable adults. their names,,, used to be Jack & Sara,, i'm so glad i changed their names tho-

Tyler:
ok he might have changed the least- but now he has a ghost in his metal arm. oh! he's also gay now- and he has a crush on Yaedin. he's a very good boi uwu

Hazel:
o boi-
she used to be some sort of op werewolf- now she's a normal human but she do be a hacker. i honestly forget what her old name was,,, it started with a Z i think,, but i never wrote it down apparently. she used to be Tyler's love interest i guess??? but now she's also a gay. she also is now a lovely thicc gorl.

Vorex: ( hhhhh i cringe at how most of 'em used to be but poor Vorex- )
used to be possessed by a dragon??? somehow???? and by the 'king of dragons' specifically i- i hate these old notes- now he's a science experiment dragon hybrid. he used to have red hair and red eyes, now he has black hair and orange eyes. (although technically his eyes are naturally purple-)
also now he has an actual backstory and a family that he was kidnapped from- 'nd he now has an actual purpose instead of just 'i made this character bc i thought he'd be cool'

@NotSoBeautifulDiseaster group

Well Since of have a shitload of characters 57 at this moment, plus I have to update their page bc they're T R A S H
I'll just put the main five, I guess I'll put down the main five for now

Sophie: TLDR: Fiery artist-chan→Kind Dharphir gal→Insecure normie girl
Well, I first made the main story is that Sophie is an aspiring artist who is competing in art and she has four guys who are in love with for some reason, in her first design she was tall with fair skin, usually wore a blue sweater and blue jeans and had purple long hair, Her personality was feisty, snarky and rebellious Like every "strong" heroine ever but I got bored of that and changed her into a Dharphir who's trying to prove herself to the other vampire by bringing home prey when she gets there she gets four human boys to pick from, but she's too nice to take four human boys to sucked to death by her fam, Her personality was more close to her current personality, she a bit more demure and introverted and in her design, she was short and pasty with short light purple hair wearing a blue jacket and skirt, and she had glasses but I changed her from that to her current self, she more bubbly and defensive and I changed her design by making her hair brown, changing her race and her skin color to olive and changing her outfit to a white sweater and a brown skirt,

Micheal: Douchebag Vampire Childhood→Tsundere Weeb Otouto
He was at first was Sophie's full-blood childhood friend, who had a crush on her but she's not much into Bastard Boyfriends, got big mad bc some puny human won her over, decided to fight Sophie and stalk her harem, and saw that the main boy, Matthew and decided to feed on his already bsoding childhood friend, which ended wellIf you considered getting shot by your prey as well, I remember can kinda remember him being tall and pale with curly brown hair, Now he Sophie's annoying lil bro who when he isn't sleeping around in his room he never leaves, He bullies her bc She joined his bullies in middle school, Now he's short, olive, has big eye bags and curly brown hair

Charlie:Shy smol→Slighty Tsundere shy smol
I admittedly didn't change much with Char here
His main motivation is to redeem himself for being a spoiled lil brat and honoring his deadHe's comatose in the current version father, He was usually shy and self-loathing, Now he's more judgemental and made his shyness more of a flaw than just to score moe points, Like sucking on how to communicate and coming off as a snob or aloof, His design basically change from having black hair to dark blue hair and trading out his hoodie for a blue vest, button shirt thing, He's still short, dark skin with freckles, blue eyes, and glasses

Lucas Yandere ouji→Yandere bad boy→Lovesick bad boy
Well for the backstory he was mostly neglected, In the first version he was from an affair, The second his dad just didn't want him, The current version his mom died and came back as a ghost and now his father is guilty because he wished for a child and doesn't want it anymore, His first personality is calm, refined, and clingy, He is so protective of Sophie that he attacks one of his fangirls for bullying Sophie, In the second version he was more rebellious and spoiled when attracted to Sophie he sacrifice himself to a dangerous degree, Now he's kind of the same but calmer, slyer and less yandere, I guess he's more a teasedere, His design changed from Tall, Pale and in a black sweater with a purple scarf, to wear a leather jacket, of course, and a purple and black stripe shirt and having a more medium skin tone, also he has shaggy hair with an emo bang covering his right eye for no reason

JaxTol tsundere with family issues→Tol kuudere with family issues
His first backstory was that their dad left and his big bro was a scammer, the reprised version is where he was a timid and frail boy his dad was an emotionally abusive douche who consider him worthless, In the first version, he was outspoken and mouthy but care for people deep inside, Now he is a stoic oddball who prefers to keep his distances from people in fear that he may get hurt or end up hurting them, not much about his physical appearance change other him wearing flannel, He's tall, pale, and has long, red, shaggy hair in a ponytail

Matthew:Marty Stu→Healthy Yandere
At first he main personality was he was nice and that's about it, In the second version it's the same but now He's a vampire hunter, Now he tends to be the mature and gentle boy next door but now he's madly in love with Sophie but he doesn't know how to confess with competition around and he doesn't want to harm the other boys due to his lovesickness, He just went from wearing on MCR looking shirt to wear a biege vest and a black and white shirt

So that's it for now

@jupiter-sun-of-sweater-town group

My characters from Pangea have gone though a lot, let's see…
Clemmie: Originally very quiet and pliable, so to speak. A lot more mushy and romantic. Now she has a bit of an edge, is a lot more sarcastic and cynical.
Haydan: Basically an average white boy originally. Pretty much just the guy everyone liked in middle school (Imma be honest he was kinda my dream man). I gave him a limp and some anxiety, as well as a love of horses, and I feel like he's better now.
Isola: Originally a lot stronger and tougher, more like a warrior. Her last name was also Chantell. I changed the last name to make it racially accurate and made her a bit softer. She has major insecurities (something I struggle with) and is more quiet and sensitive, which I'm using to show that you can be strong without being physically strong. I also gave her asthma and made her Christian.
Mirai: Originally had the last name Hammond (may or may not have been named after a math teacher I hated), but was also changed for racial accuracy. She is also a tiny bit nicer than originally.
Mei: For a long time, her first name was Marjorie. She was actually the first character I came up with, for some reason I really liked that name. I somewhat reluctantly changed it for, again, racial accuracy, which was something I struggled with a lot in the early character designs for these guys.
Jia: Pretty much the same thing as Mei; her name was originally Claudia. I also changed her from white to Asian and I feel she's much better off this way.

@Starfast group

I'm back with more characters to talk about. Idk why but I really love talking about how my characters have changed. I've only had these characters since like 2014 or so, so they probably haven't changed as much as the ones in my previous post. Anyways, here they are:

Dallas: Originally he was a high school student who was really into music and wanted to be a rock star someday (Which was why I chose the name Dallas. I felt like it was a good rock star name). Currently, he's more of a cynical hipster type who has no idea what he wants to do with his life after he graduates. He's also not quite as social and outgoing as his original self was, but otherwise, no major changes.

Ara: Ara's just gotten gradually more and more antisocial over the years. He's always been really quiet and serious, but he used to be a little less afraid to take risks. Like, he used to have a motorcycle which is so funny looking back because it's so out of character for him now. His voice has also changed as well. He originally came from some other Canadian city (I wanna say Calgary) but now comes from Montreal so he has a French-Canadian accent before. He's had a bunch of different jobs, but all of them have been in a hospital. He was also straight when I created him but now he's aro-ace.

Andor: I feel like he's changed the least. I kind of created him to be the comic relief character so he's always had that silly and chaotic personality. There was one point where he had the ability to teleport, but that storyline has been scrapped. Probably the biggest change has been his sexuality. Kind of like Ara, he was straight and in a relationship but now he's single and bisexual.

@Leshierian

These dudes are form my first story I started working on.
The first version of the story was Deven being taken into another world by a glowing pool tat appear under Jaya's bed. It changed to Deven disappearing and Jaya and Austin going to find them but getting caught by a creepy guy and thrown into the other world with Deven. it then changed to none of them knowing each other. They all got letters form people who were not in their lives, but they cared about.
Jaya got a letter from his dead grandfather, Austin, a letter form his birth parents, Deven a letter form their friend that moved away. the letter told them to preform a ritual. they all end up preforming the ritual, with some hesitation. They pass out while preforming the ritual, they wake up in a white room, this is when they meet each other. They are escorted out of that room to a dining hall to meet with the queen of the land. They queen, with the help of an adviser, tell the children what they are supposed to do. the adviser which is an eighty year old dragon, but dragons age like seven times slower than humans or something, so he was like fourteen in dragon years. His names was Mylo.
Mylo tells the queen that there are supposed to be for of them. one never came. the story was pretty much them trying to find the last kid, they find out she died a couple years before. they then go back and sacrifice themselves to the land, which is why they were given the ritual instructions in the first place, four human sacrifices reset the timer on the land, no one knows what happens if the timer runs out. there also was this species called center spawn, they were like miner gods, but all of them were bad. and there were deities, which were pretty much miner gods. then there were gods, they were just the four gods of the land, they died long ago and stuff.

Jaya
He started as a shy innocent one with no other personality. then he was a book smart kid. then he was this angry edgy, morbid humored kid, that;s his last form. he also, during his time in the other land, a center spawn crawled in his brain, slowly eating away at it. it would appear to him more and more as the story went on, it started out as a voice, by the end it was a full body apparition. it started out by flirting with Jaya, Jaya hated the thing, it made feel feminine, which made him feel terrible, (Jaya's trans) The center spawn eventually realized what it was doing to him and stopped it ended up killing it's self to save him.

Deven
They started out as a street smart little bastard, which they still are. they're gender fluid and lonely. They're parent's stopped caring and peer pressure into doing drugs and getting drunk. Deven never liked that kind of stuff. they ended up leaving home and living in a van in a Welmart parking lot. They liked ninjas. they ended up becoming good friends with Mylo. originally they were going to end up romantically involved with Mylo.

Austin
He was originally just a love interest for Jaya, but Jaya would start out hating Austin for being so tall and masculine. he was going to join this group of forever single people after Jaya turned him down. then instead of just a love interest he became a accidental side antagonist for Jaya, because of his masculine build, even though he wore lot's of pink, purple. he wore bracelets and nail polish. I ended up taking out the single people group. He ended up just being aromantic (not liking anyone romantically). He had two older siblings, they were identical twins, one was Nicol, she was the stereotypical girl kinda. the other was Clov, he was a gamer, a serious gamer… I know what you're think, "how can he be a boy if they are identical twins?" Well, He's trans, so.. Yeah. Austin also had a little sister, Austin would play with her. Austin and His younger sister were adopted, one of his moms had Nic and Clov from a previous relationship. Also Austin almost dies, he almost jumps off a cliff because he wanted to prove he wasn't scared.

@Young-Dusty-the-Monarch-of-Dusteria group

Josh: Went from being a buff, grumpy, redheaded white homeless teen with gold eyes and almost no purpose to a handsome, intelligent, cautious black homeless teen with light brown eyes and a complicated ex-romance with the main character and an entire arc of his own within the story. I like him much more now ^^
Bernon: Went from a 'rough around the edges' ex-military monster hunter, to a perfectly soft, sweet, traveling ex-farm boy turned reluctant monster hunter who has a heart of gold and plenty of unrequited love for the protag who is unfortunately ace. Another boy that makes me cry with joy eheh
Nina: Went from a smart, stubborn, anxious adventurer to a smart, sheltered, incredibly kind and sweet girl with enough class to increase the elegance of a room just by standing in it. Also she no longer wears glasses.
Dean: Went from a sophisticated, ruthless villainess to a chaotic, incompetent idiot who got in over her head and secretly just wants her dad to notice her.
Lella: Went from a cutesy Lolita to an absolute queen in 40's attire who makes the terms 'ladylike' and 'housewife' the coolest things since colorized television.
"The Dust": Went from a cliche op evil overlord with no purpose except the torment of the protags to a very chill, neutral evil god of time with a lively sense of humor and a healthy dose of philanthropic attitude. He's still technically op, and he still enjoys meddling with the lives of the protags, but at least now he doesn't take himself so seriously and has a major role in the world that's completely unrelated to the struggles of the heroes.

@Fangirl616 group

Zenith: Went from a fanfic OC with anger management problems whose main goal in life was to cause chaos to a sad broken boy who is traumatized and really wants a hug but will stab anyone who tries to give it to him.

Jayden: Went from a stereotypical nerd love interest to an aromantic college student who runs on caffeine and just struggles to put up with the craziness that is Zenith.

Caboose

Ron the Black Wolf: Basically he is the bastard of the High King but also the youngest son, so the high kings wife and current children were disappointed to say the least. Everyone in the High Royal family earns a title, Ron's father was the Golden Griffin and his older half-brother is the Red Sparrow. (I haven't thought of ones for his step mother or half-sister Susan) Ron was called the Black Sheep at first until after his sister shaved his head, he took the razor that night and scarred her face horribly. The changes come in after this.
Originally that was the end of it, Ron earned the title Ron the Black Wolf for his savagery and grew up to become a member of the Lantern Order (monster hunters)

Changes: Ron's evil step-mother turns to the dark arts to punish Ron. She has a clawed bracelet/glove resembling a werewolf hand made and a curse placed upon it. Whoever wears it becomes a werewolf permanently until they can remove it. Except it releases horrible green lightning stunning the wearer if they attempt to remove it. It also forces the wearer into uncontrollable rages.
Ron was 12 when he was given this bracelet/glove and forced to wear it. The High King sectioned him off in an old garden the size of a small estate and completely walled off. 5 years Ron begins escaping and killing folk and guards near the garden only to return to rest at the garden. The MC (Godfried the Slayer a pro monster hunter) is hired to kill Ron. Except he realises that Ron is not in control at all and cuts off his hand successfully lifting the curse. Ron is then taken in by Godfried and the Lantern Order. Instead of him just saying fuck it and joining at some point in time.

@Your_Local_Scrivener

I don't really have one "story" in my universe, so there are a lot of moving parts. I tried to pare unnecessary detail out.
First, there was … Aster. Originally, Aster was a human young adult swordswoman without a name, a kind of self-insert of mine to make commentary on popular fairy tales. Aster was an adventurer. I can't really make remarks on how Aster was then because I scrapped that idea pretty fast. I later made Aster a magical 3,000-year-old being who gained fame by being mentors to people who would later become famous. Aster had children (kind of) and a boyfriend, and an enemy for the spotlight: a man named Trouble.

In my next series of rewrites, I scrapped the children and the boyfriend, toyed with making Trouble Aster's best-friend-slash-love interest (but not seriously; I just tend to temporarily ship people when I consider their chemistry before going back to my original plan), made Trouble Aster's best friend without the love interest undertones, and then started writing a lesbian romance between Aster and a girl named Leonora. When I became dissatisfied with the story, I started exploring who Aster really was, trying to flesh Aster out and make Aster feel alive, and eventually all that searching resulted in:

Aster is now an eight-hundred-year-old genderfluid demisexual panromantic being who is now an only child (though Trouble is like a brother from another mother), is the mom friend (but like the kind which is like 'why must I put up with you people' as they clearly take pleasure in making their friends feel better and smile at their friends' antics), and has enough trauma to make you want to beg the Powers That Be to allow Aster to catch a break just once. Aster's main flaw is Aster's tendency to be overprotective or needlessly fight others' battles, but Aster's working on it and the trauma which caused the flaw to surface in the first place.

My main character, Allison Mercy, was named Alice Halman, and was based off of an crush of mine. Also only a few people knew she was part angel. Allison also originally didn't have a sister.

There was actually an villain who was part demon, named Adam Light, part of which I morphed into Vozreal.

Azrael originally didn't have a brother named Grimm Reaper. War and Azrael were originally dating, instead of married as they are now.
