I don't know if i'm able to see all of your notes, so my suggestion may not apply, but really flesh out her history. Why isn't she trusting? What made it hard for her to trust others? Why is she giving money away? Was she in a bad place concerning money in her past? What specifically is she afraid of? Is it letting a person in only for them to hate her? How did she get to where she is currently.
I've learned that knowing as much of her past as possible (And even her parent's past) makes it easy to understand why she acts the way she does, which will help you write her reactions to certain things.
Really know your character! Put yourself in her shoes. BECOME your character! close your eyes and imagine you are her when you think of everything she's gone through. Play out scenes in your head and decide how she's going to react, how she's going to feel. OWN your character! The more you know about her, the more she'll come to life

Also, write down some things that your reader won't know about your character until a later time. Below that, write some hints you can give away throughout the story. This will help you know when to expose certain things.

You're on the right track!!! Getting to know a character isn't easy, and sometimes can take days or even weeks to really know them.
