Howdy!
So, starting with Caleb:
For a male who is 17 and roughly 6ft tall, his weight should be increased a bit more, especially because he is athletic(remember, muscle weigh more than fat and other body tissue!). But not by too much, unless he is more of a beefy jock type. For his hair color, make sure you specify what tone of brown it is. Nice work on the mannerisms, very human and realistic. But if I were you, I'd add a few more, like what are his mannerisms when he is scared, or anxious, or even protective. Please be more specific about his motivations, and maybe add like two more for good measure. Speaking for flaws, he should have a few more, and they can be very minor things such as he always tends to lose his money, though at least one other flaw should be deeper. And be more specific when it says "cares too much", instead maybe try "is way too empathetic". I really, really hope that isn't his only talent lol. Make sure that Caleb has plenty of hobbies! This is what gives a lot of insight into your character. Wot is an energy blade plz. What year was he born? What highschool year is he in? Or has he completed highschool and is moving on to whatever the college equivalent is in your world? Can he use his power at will? You say that nothing can break his shields, but is there another Neo-Human power that can counter act them or turn them against Caleb? I have always loved the ability of shield creating, so please elaborate more on like the strengths and weaknesses please! Overall, Caleb seems like a very interesting character, just please make sure to be more specific when creating details.

Energy blades umm think lightsabers but he makes them. And yeah he can use them at will but he has to learn to make them. They don't look exactly like swords just lasers. Well the only way to counteract them really is to hit him with something thats too heavy for him to just deflect. Imagine if you had an unbreakable object and someone hit you with I dunno a boulder it wouldn't be pretty. The Shields are only attached to his arms so he can't project them.
