So I'm making a crew of badasses and the basic idea is that these people sort of band together for the common good. I haven't worked out all the details but I want at least 4 characters but I only have 3. I want these guys to save the galaxy.

Gabe who's a clone soldier from a forgotten war. His designation is Orion:76 (after the project name also he's the 76th clone) He is the Last Orion every other clone and the guy who is the source of the clones are dead. Gabe is a bounty hunter. He'll take on the lowest of the low and even the people at the top of the food chain. He has a robotic right arm, since his arm was extremely malformed when he was created. The arm has a deployable hard-light shield, whatever damage it takes it dishes out in a powerful laser. Gabe is currently looking for meaning in himself as more than just a tool that was used and forgotten.

Big-Bad is from a clan of Werewolves living on a moon (It holds life) Their exposure to being born on a moon makes their transformation permanent. Big-Bad disgraced his pack when he a grunt fell in love with the clan chiefs daughter. Big-Bad was outcast. He severely misses his home, he grew up with a very strong sense of family and is hoping he can one day return to his home and the love of his life, but that was 24 years ago. He has a been a merc in all that time and his life has hardened. He uses an assortment of heavy weapons and explosives to be the biggest and baddest badass in any and all fights. His first name is really Kurr.

Ramona grew up on the Varelsi shipyards. (The biggest dock/shipyard on a planet) Ramona as a child would pick apart ships and take useful scrap. Growing up around other ship captains and mechanics she picked up a knack for the inner workings of machines, (mostly ships). One day she got a call from her boss at the yard that a ship was discovered that he didn't recognise. Neither did Ramona when she found it. It was very old and not from any race she could think of. When she decided to explore further into the ship she found an orb of liquid metal. When she touched it, it formed a biomechanical suit around her body. The suit can create almost any weapon Ramona can think of it even allows her to fly. The suit is permanently attached to her body, this makes her classified as a living weapon making it illegal for Ramona to exist. Ramona now has to find a purpose as a person rather than a weapon.

Now for a fourth person, I've been completely stumped. I've been trying to think of an original idea but every time I do I manage to link back to something similar and it's annoying me so I was wondering if you guys could help me out. I've been thinking about maybe an assassin type character or someone with supernatural-like powers.

Well maybe if this 4th person is really stumping you, it's a sign that they should enter later in your wonderful group of weirdos. Possibly a love interest or something like that. as for the actual character itself, maybe some kind of lancer archetype if you know the trope. Like a big flirt making one of your characters either swoon are heated. I think those type of people are so much fun to write and develop. Personally I also l o v e writing characters that are sort of a mystery, not sure of their race or origin but too afraid to ask sort of thing. Maybe they have strange eyes that can't p o s s i b l y be human, or horns that are exotic and strange. In sci-fi I think characters that have a different calling then scavenging or revenge are really rare, but so fun to read and it makes them stand out. Okay thanks for coming to my ted talk
