So I'm having a lot of trouble coming up with motivations for my characters. I have just about everything else fleshed out, I just can't figure out what to do about motivations. Help please?

You could make their motivations be associated with what they wish and want to become in the future if that helps.
I can help? We've always had to talk about motivations in Performing Arts so I might be able to help.
What is the main conflict in your story and how are the characters related to that? Or you can just start with a really stupid reason and change it later on when you do have an idea. I mean, I had a character whose sole motivation was to find and eat the perfect apple pie.
Here are the characters I'm having trouble with:
Daxon has plenty of things you could use to figure out a motivation for him. His bonds with his mother, uncle and friends, wanting to be a dentist (maybe go into the why here), likes to bake. they are things and people he cares fore or that he wants.
As for Haiden, something with that one special person he loosens up to, or maybe he's striving for maximum emo/gothic vibes. of course, you can also just do something with that he wants to win a specific price in the music business.
Again, I don't know what your story is so I'm just randomly naming things that come to mind. usually, a characters motivation ties back to the main or sub-plot
