Does anyone know how to add more than one sub-category in a customized category?

Yes! When you go to add categories, type the exact same main category (it'll actually pop up in a drop down menu if you're on Chrome), and then add the next sub-category. It's a bit of a pain, but that's how it works. If I didn't explain it right, I can add visuals
Yah, visuals would be great.
ok, coming right up

I hope this helps!
I'm still a bit confused…
Let me see if I can break it down:
In step one, it's a picture of the create category button, so of course click that first.
Next, you add your category which for me was "Test", and then your sub category, which I put as "testing".
Step 3, you go back to the create a category button, and then you type in the same category that you did before, which once again for me was "Test". For Chrome users, I know that once you begin to type it, it'll pop up in a drop down menu. I don't know if it does it for other browsers as well, but as long as you type it the exact same way, it shouldn't matter.
Once you do that, you type your second sub-category, which for me was "testing 2"
If you did it right, you should have two sub categories, "testing" and testing 2". Repeat for as many sub-categories as you need.
OOOHH! I think I get it now. Let me go try that out!
Okay! I've got it now! Thank you!
Yes! You're so welcome! I'm always happy to help. Sorry it took so long for me to properly explain.
