Hello, I'm writing a character who is supposed to be a hand maid and a romantic interest for the queen. I've picked a few names, but I don't know which one would be appropriate. If you would like to put down a nickname for the one you picked of thought of another name that would work, that would be fantastic.

Juliette
Ramona
Thora

Vienna
Marionette
(You may have noticed that I prefer Victorian names, if you were to suggest one I would like if it worked in that era. But Roman names work as well.)

I like Juliette, and for a nickname my brain jumped to 'Jewel'. I don't know why, but it seems to fit.

Nicknames: Dee, Ann, Diane, Dean, Anna. (there are probably more)

I like Marionette, it sounds sort of mysterious. And it can be shortened to Marion or Mary.

I love the sound of Lea, but if I were to pick that name i'd change the spelling to 'Leigh'. It looks more aesthetically pleasing to me and I could see it fitting the kind of vibe you're looking for.
