Sam Dunn This guy is a serial killer/ anti hero. He's supposed to be mysterious and unknown since during the story he will be going under a false ID.

I'm going through him right now and have a couple of questions that might help you.
What kind of lies does he tell often, does he repeat the same lies?
I'd really flesh out his personality type more, the things he likes, type of clothing, favourite things to have with him (weapons but also maybe luck charms?).
Maybe give him some talents that don't include his profession.
In background you mention him having a special ability, and i like that you gave more information on it in a different section. does he always see in slow motion? Does this cause trouble sometimes?
He must be very smart to infiltrate the CIA.

So in the story he's going to be pretending to be someone else so he'll be constantly lying about that. The slow motion works when he wants. And he's at a stage where he's about to start developing himself as a person. Since he had the chance of that taken away. So in the book he will develop positive traits.
