I've done this in the past, but i feel like i've developed my character a lot more now

Well I'm kinda new at critiquing but I'll give a few tips

She seems good for the most part, I especially like how you customized the template, like including a story, relationship, stats field, I guess if a complaint I have is that I wished her personality and backstory was more explained
