I've only looked at Fiona, but she seems like a good character. Have you considered using her competitiveness as a character flaw? Perhaps a need to not only beat her brother, but also to be good at everything she does. For example, cheering, grades, popularity, etc. This is just my opinion, but I feel like it'd give her some more depth. It would also make sense why she just wants to lay in bed for three days straight sometimes (me too lol). Also I think having competitiveness as a flaw gives you two solid options how how this affects her peer pressure wise. Either she's desperate to be liked or she is determined to be better than her peers. Hope this helps!
