First off, let me say that your character sheet is solid. I have absolutely no confusion as to what kind of character Virago is, and that's more than can be said for a lot of characters I've encountered here, so good job with that.
However, I just gotta be honest. I don't really see anything that sets her apart from any other "cold, stoic, defrosting ice queen" type of character besides the fact that she likes the violin. She's got a solid character, but her character is very generic. But don't misunderstand, that is not necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes generic characters can go on to be great if the story props them up properly, so maybe in context, she stands out. But just based on her character sheet, you might wanna think about making her stand out a bit more. You said that her character arc begins once she lets herself care about something, but where does it go? What kind of character does she grow to be? Being generic in the beginning is fine as long as you have a clear and set path for where you want your character to end up.
But, if you decide that Virago is fine as she is, which is ok, then I think you should make a stronger secondary character to bounce her off of; the Han Solo to her Luke Skywalker, if you will. Or just surround her with other more interesting, albeit less developed, characters who would force her to change and grow.
Those are just my two cents. I hope you don't think I'm coming down on you too harshly, because I genuinely see the potential of what you're going for, and I think it's terrific!
Thanks!
