EXCELLENT I'LL MAKE IT RIGHT AWAY
WOW KAT THAT SOUNDS AMAZING!!!!
I was in Through The Looking Glass for school, and while it isn't a straight adaptation of the book, I can give you a recap of the play if that helps.
Do you have the Lion and the Unicorn?
Thank you jynador! Thanks for your offer of a recap, but I have both books, and I'll start reading them in a week as soon as I finish my library books lol. I don't have the Lion or the unicorn written in.
I was thinking last night, and I might use a lot of Carroll's background characters more as cameos (like, I'm using the walrus from walrus and the carpenter as the palace chef), perhaps in the mad tea party
What about the red and white knights? (The red knight is who I auditioned for but I was an acting novice and had no idea how to act and didn't even read the part over lol. So much can change in a year or 2!! After LGL I was 2nd choice for both parts I auditioned for and in Midsummer's Dream it was really close between me and my best friend for Bottom but she got the part and I got Oberon. Okay I'll stop boring you with details about my personal life now.)
I'm thinking they'll be in the palace guard? Or maybe they'll be in the rebels. Or red palace guard and white rebels. I'm drawing more heavily on AiW, but I feel like I need a lil of TtLG because I'm drawing on Jabberwocky, the poem
Ooh I had to memorize part of the Jabberwocky poem since I was a white pawn, and also an onlooker at the Lion/Unicorn fight. And also a soloist in the gospel choir that sang a song about responsibility to Alice once she became a queen.
nice lol
