I like your OC, he's a type of character I've never seen before, I love the originality! The only "critiques" I could think of would be to try to add a little more detail to give more depth to his traits, so he comes to life. I try to do this with my OCs, and it helps me see them more as real people, rather than just words on a character profile. For example, think of the reasons why he has the traits he does. Why is he cocky? Why does he like to cook? Did someone influence those traits? I like to use this profile to get me thinking in a mindset like that.

Just a quick tip: be a bit more descriptive. Not just for other people but for yourself as the creator. I know that, as a creator myself, it's much easier to figure out a section of a character if it's described well.
Like instead of 'Spiky, medium hair', you could do 'He has spiky hair that sticks up. It is a medium length, reaching maybe around shoulder-length if it was straightened. It can never be tamed, and does what it wants.'
You don't have to take this advice, but it's definitely easier to visualise a character if you know exactly what they look like.

When u described it has "almost like anime hair) i was like yus kirishima. I like him btw! Is he technically the "bad guy"? cause if he is i liiiiike that you made the main character that way. Its not a common thing!

He's kind of an anti-hero. He's kinda like the Punisher, he fights bad guys, but doesn't exactly have much better morals then them.
