I'll try! First of all, what does the Always in his name mean? Is it a title that he's been given or that he's earned? His appearance is fine. Nature section is very, very bare. why only include hobbies? Mannerisms, MOTIVATIONS, flaws, prejudices, talents, hobbies, and PERSONALITY are all extreeeeemely important facets of his character. fill those out! You might also want to give him a few more hobbies. just one seems unrealistic.

I like the whole social section except his favorite weapon. Why is his mind his favorite weapon? is he good at speaking, at arguing, at defending himself? is he a pacifist? let us know!

His background is unreasonably bare. When did the abuse start? how did he react? did he have friends to help him through that time? when did he realize his sexuality? did he tell his parents or anyone else? how did he meet skyrim? how did he get his title/other name? There really isn't much going on here. the notes u provided are a little more explanatory, but not much. include that stuff in his background and build off of it.
