I don't know really how to write my characters personality?
Rate my character and help with personality?

i think overall he looks pretty good! maybe add some more about how the bullying affected him? like does he stay away/hate people who make fat-jokes and homophobic jokes?
Maybe add some things he absolutely loves into his personality, like does he act well with children, you said he paints so he's artistic.
Add some small things into his personality, i think his clothes describe a personality type that's more outgoing but still like a cool and chill person.
