He looks pretty good. I somewhat skimmed, but I don’t see anything blatantly wrong with him. You still might want someone else’s opinion on him though, as I probably don’t know much.

Just a couple of questions about your character:

You mention he has a tattoo, could you elaborate why? Does it mean something significant, did he just think it was a cool design, did he accidentally get it while drunk?

Explaining his biggest fear would also help to flesh him out. Why is he afraid of fire? Bad experience maybe?

Why is he an informant? What made him decide to do this job?
