forum can someone draw my characters

can I please have some help I would draw them myself but I can't draw anything but stick figures.

When doing these posts I notice people only link their profiles. Why is that? May I ask? Having worked on DA I always found it better to have image references. Even if one cannot draw, drawing references are important. One only need to fish ideas off of the internet from models and hair styles to do the trick. :) Just a thought.
