Caucasian male with a pretty good tan, slightly darker freckles on cheekbones/nose, bright green eyes, and sandy brown curly hair with the sides shaved short. Body build isn't anything special, probably more on the skinny side if anything. He wears a plain white shirt with a yellow jacket (when I say "yellow jacket" I mean something along the lines of this: https://www.opentip.com/search.php?cPath=15960&products_id=4707607_TMN-1700-YE-XLT&gclid=CjwKCAjw583nBRBwEiwA7MKvoBsbpO6kp3QKV-fLZaR3knNoP2xGjBw4USo3RubBl-gDnh2s8tT6ZxoCxwAQAvD_BwE like tight at the waist, but "puffy" everywhere else), tan kahki/cargo pants, usually rolled above the ankle with plain high top shoes or something.
