Outfit: A champagne pink button down shirt, except it’s all buttoned up (lol). Sleek black dress pants+shoes and a baby blue skinny tie
Height/Weight: 5’9” and 124 pounds
Other: Shaky hands, scar through right eyebrow, wears a gold ring on his left hand, and has one arm is a cast
If this is too complicated for anyone to draw I’ll understand. If anyone wants to take up the challenge, ask me for any other information you might need.

my questions are about the few specific details, like, which finger is his ring on, and which arm is in the cast, I don't wanna draw them in the wrong places :3

The ring differs from time to time, but he keeps it mostly on his left hand. The cast is also on the left arm :p

alright, so I'm not entirely sure what you want but I have a rough sketch of how I interpreted him.
sorry the picture quality isn't the best, I'm at school right now ^^;
you can't really see his hands in this sketch or the scar on his eyebrow, and the cast is very roughly drawn.
but I just want to make sure I have the right idea, like, should I make his hair a little longer in the front? or is it good? just let me know if there are any changes you want me to make and I'll do them! also, I didn't have room to draw his legs since I drew him too big, but I'll try to do another sketch so you can see his legs better if you want.

OMG Yes it’s great. The hair is the perfect length, and it’s fine that you can’t see the scar on his eyebrow. I love the position that you put his hands in, too. The only thing I would change is to maybe make his arms a bit thicker? But it’s really good as it is.
