i really like her! Fondue is such a cute name for a dog!
Her looks are good, i just wonder if she wears it lose, or in a braid for example.
I like that you mention she's atlethic and really show how that's so; the cardio etc. sometimes people give characters hobbies or stuff that's completely loose from the character. For example; a person who likes to walk through the city, lives in a city, but still smell like the woods. like, no, something's wrong there. You did that very well.
She's a ginger because of her Irish family i suppose? i love ginger characters, but don't make this a steriotype for all her irish family.
her nature is good, but you should add some flaws (everyone has them, it's okay to let them have flaws!)
Where does she travel to? random places, places that have something to do with her family? how does she travel? i like that you give her the 'likes to try new foods' trait, this contributes to the loves to travel part.
Last questions; does she still suffer from the divorce? is she very sad that her mother died? she's probably angry that she kept the letters from her.
