I'm trying to make my characters as interesting as possible while keeping what I have envisioned. If anyone could help me with this, that would be amazing.

Well, you'd really have to explain a little more. Say what you think is missing from your characters and what interesting traits you would like to add, and why that would clash with what you envisioned for your character. I would be more than happy to help if you could elaborate!
