It's something that i'm not good at, I keep trying to Google personality traits but it doesn't help sometimes. Can anyone teach me?

Well, first of all, are you asking about how to describe their personality on a character sheet, or inside the actual story?
Also do you have an example, like a certain character you're struggling with rn?

Describing their personality on a character sheet is what I have trouble with, and for example I have this character named Leila who is kind and full of life, but she can also be fearless and would not hesitate to protect the people she cares about. That sort of character yknow? Is there a sort of better way to describe her personality? Or is the way I'm describing her alright.

Honestly, that seems like a solid description to me. As long as it's accurate and doesn't contradict itself, which only you would know since you made the character. You can always go into more detail by providing examples of how she would behave in different situations, or maybe list her likes and dislikes, or talk about her past and how it affects her current personality. But really, a character sheet is only supposed to help you develop your characters and keep them consistent, so its up to you what information you add!
