This is a tad bit late, but no one's responded yet so! Cameron seems pretty good so far, but does he have any nicknames - Cam, Mero, Ronron, etc? Why is he called samurai guy? What does he introduce himself as? How long is his hair, exactly? What sort of brown are his eyes? You say his body type is slender - is he also gangly? What about muscle? What other identifying marks does he have? Freckles, moles, old scars, etc.? His mannerisms could use a bit more details, as does his flaws. I love that his talent is compartmentalisation, but expand on it! Does he do it often enough that he doesn't really recognise most of his emotions? How does he feel about the kendo classes? In his politics, you mention that he fights for freedom - so he's a revolutionary? What about the Shinzen hierarchy does he hate? What kind of fish is his favourite - tuna, salmon, perch, bass, etc.? What does the book Carissa gave him mean to him? Does the sword he received have a name?

I adore his background so, so much - hits all my favourite tropes. But! Expand on it! How does he feel about Rio? What sort of virtual reality was he under? What does he think about the world now that he's out? How did he survive three years? Why does controlling wind make his ears bleed?

Overall, I think you've got a pretty interesting character, but you just need to expand on the categories notebook.ai gives you. You can never have too much detail in a character!
